2017 was another busy year for the team at Trac Systems as the number of user organisations increased from 106 to 142. This means that over half of all major NHS organisations in England and Wales are now using the Trac Recruitment System as the primary tool for managing their recruitment activity.
We are continuing to attract new user employers, primarily through recommendations from organisations that are already using the system and 2018 looks like it will be another busy year as we continue to put 2 or 3 new Trusts live each month.
A big investment in our development team is starting to pay dividends as the speed of change increases. We've got existing plans for 2018 including more reporting options, advertising modules, multiple rounds of interviews and of course work relating to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) that come into law in May. We're also undertaking a major rebuild of the admin system, the part of the system used by managers and recruitment staff.
The big event in our calendar for the Autumn is our 2018 User Group that will be in Sheffield on 11/12 October. We'll be providing details to user organisations closer to the event, which we expect to be bigger and better than ever before.
